  After being a local to Roma for 40 years, you get to know people and what they're like. Especially the younger generation. The way Irish mcgannes treats their bar, wait and kitchen staff is utterly appalling. I've seen them be harassed and abused by what can only be assumed the blonde female general manager, the general manager himself and the manager at present. From bullying and harassment to on the border line needing to be reported. There is no guidence nor leadership from the managers. The food is always good but the mood and atmosphere is not what it used to be. Money hungry big bosses using customers appearances as a way to judge their paycheck. The Toilets are never clean or tidy, there are mice and Roaches running around everywhere. Nothing is clean or tidy, the ATM doesn't ever work, the music is old and cruddy, the rooms are appalling, aircon doesn't work, no tv, no bin liners, no proper dooners, accomodation shared bathrooms in not clean nor user friendly, it a slipping hazard for older people and inconsiderate to have not catered for such.Noone knows what they're doing except for a few barstaff. The place is a disgcrace to Ireland, to Roma and to ourselves. If I could rate it a half star I would. the general managers need to pull their heads out of their ass' and get down to earth and treat other humans respectfully.
